چکیده | ||
هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی مقدار تولید قرهقات (Ribes biberistentii Berl. & DC) و نقش آن در اقتصاد خانوارهای روستایی ارسباران است. این پژوهش با استفاده از پژوهشهای کتابخانهای و بررسیهای میدانی در تابستان 1396 در جنگلهای ارسباران انجام شد. با استفاده از پرسشنامه، اطلاعات اقتصادی اجتماعی از 32 بهرهبردار این گونه در روستای کلاسور واقع در حوزۀ آبخیز ایلگنهچای ارسباران جمعآوری شد. از تحلیل همبستگی پیرسون بین مشخصههای مختلف درخت با مقدار میوه تولیدی برای تحلیل رگرسیون انجام شد. با استفاده از مصاحبه با افراد محلی، مشخصههایی از قبیل قیمت میوۀ خام و فرآوریشده، نوع و روش فرآوری، مقدار برداشت و مصرف میوۀ خام و فرآوریشده، نحوه فروش و بازاررسانی و کاربردهای دارویی این گونه بررسی شد. نتایج اندازهگیری میوههای برداشتشده قرهقات نشان داد که وزن 1000 میوه قرهقات، 240 گرم بود. مقدار میوه تولیدی هر پایه با مشخصۀ میانگین قطر تاج، بالاترین مقدار همبستگی (767/0) در سطح یکدرصد معنیداری را داشت. نتایج نشان داد که مهمترین مصرف دارویی قرهقات، مربوط به میوه آن بوده که برای درمان فشارخون توسط مردم محلی استفاده میشود. با توجه به قیمت میوۀ خام و مقدار برداشت، ارزش اقتصادی برداشت قرهقات برای 32 خانوار بهرهبردار در سال 1396، 2/19 میلیون تومان بود. میانگین ارزش اقتصادی سالانه برداشت و فروش سالانه قرهقات برای هر خانوار بهطور متوسط 6078 هزار ریال بود. | ||
