| چکیده | ||
| متاورس بهعنوان یک محیط مجازی فرضی با استفاده از فناوریهای نوین هوش مصنوعی و اینترنت اشیاء، میتواند به پایداری آینده شهرهای هوشمند کمک کند و کارایی و کیفیت زندگی شهری را افزایش دهد. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحلیل ساختاری فضاهای متاورس فراگیر برای پایداری آینده شهرهای هوشمند درکلان شهر تهران انجام شده است. روش تحقیق از لحاظ راهبرد هدفگذاری کاربردی و روش آن توصیفی- تحلیلی بر اساس روشهای آیندهپژوهی اکتشافی میباشد. دادههای نظری با روش اسنادی و دادههای تجربی با روش پیمایشی بر اساس روش دلفی تهیه شده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل خبرگان مسائل شهری بود که بهصورت نمونهگیری هدفمند 70 نفر انتخاب شدند. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از روشهای دلفی، تحلیل ساختاری در محیط (MicMac) و نرمافزار سناریونویسی (Scenario Wizard) استفادهشده است. یافتهها نشان داد که شاخصهای شفافیت، کاهش تقاضا، شبیهسازی شهری و آموزش دیجیتال نقش مهمی در بهبود پایداری شهری هوشمند دارند. همچنین، پژوهش نشان داد که متاورس میتواند بهعنوان ابزاری مؤثر در بهینهسازی مصرف منابع، افزایش مشارکت شهروندان و کاهش ریسکهای شهری عمل کند. نتایج نهایی این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که برای بهرهبرداری بهینه از پتانسیلهای متاورس، نیاز به تقویت زیرساختهای دیجیتال، افزایش آموزشهای مرتبط با فناوری و بهبود امنیت سایبری است. بهطورکلی، پیشنهاد میشود که سیاستگذاران در کلانشهر تهران بر توسعه فناوریهای متاورس و یکپارچگی آن با سیستمهای شهری تمرکز کنند تا بتوانند از تمامی قابلیتهای این فناوری بهرهبرداری کنند. | ||
