ارزیابی چند روش عصارهگیری مس قابل جذب ذرت در برخی خاکهای آهکی ایران | ||

چکیده | ||
در این پژوهش ارزیابی برخی روشهای تعیین مس قابلجذب خاک برای محصول ذرت در 21 خاک آهکی با استفاده از نمونههای مرکب خاک سطحی (0-30 سانتیمتر) انجام گرفت. طی آزمایش گلخانهای گیاه ذرت (Zea mays L.) رقم سینگل کراس 704 در سه تکرار کشت شد. پس از 60 روز (پایان دوره رشد رویشی) شاخص سبزینه برگ قبل از برداشت و وزن تر و خشک بخش هوایی و مقدار مس جذبشده بخش هوایی گیاه بعد از برداشت اندازهگیری شد. اکسالات آمونیوم، هیدروکسیل آمونیوم هیدروکلراید، DTPA-TEA، AB-DTPA، AC-EDTA، عصارهگیرهای مورد بررسی در این پژوهش بودند. بر طبق نتایج حاصله مس عصارهگیری شده توسط هیچیک از عصارهگیرهای مورداستفاده در این پژوهش با شاخصهای رشد ذرت همبستگی معنادار نداشت. لگاریتم مس عصارهگیری شده با DTPA-TEA با لگاریتم مس جذبشده توسط ریشه ذرت ضریب همبستگی معنادار(p<0.05) نشان داد. عصارهگیرهای DTPA-TEA و اکسالات آمونیوم سریع بهترتیب کمترین برابر با 57/1 و بیشترین مقدار مس برابر با 9/25 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم را عصارهگیری کردند. بیشترین ضریب همبستگی معنادار بین روشهای عصارهگیری AB-DTPA و AC-EDTA (**93/0=r) مشاهده شد. ضرایب همبستگی مس عصارهگیری شده با DTPA-TEA و شاخصهای رشد ذرت در 48 ساعات اولیه عصارهگیری مس روند افزایشی داشت و در این میان بیشترین ضریب همبستگی مثبت معنادار بین شاخص سبزینه برگ و مس عصارهگیری شده با DTPA-TEA (*53/0=r) مشاهده شد. درنهایت عصارهگیر DTPA-TEA بهعنوان عصارهگیر مناسب در این پژوهش انتخاب شد. | ||
