اثر پوشش های درختی اقاقیا، زبان گنجشک، بلوط و سرو نقره ای بر زیتوده ریشه و معدنی شدن نیتروژن خاک | ||

چکیده | ||
به منظور مطالعه تأثیر پوششهای درختی دستکاشت بر مشخصههای زیستی (زیتوده ریزریشه و درشتریشه) و بیوشیمی (غلظت نیترات، غلظت آمونیوم، نرخ نیتریفیکاسیون، نرخ آمونیفیکاسیون و نرخ خالص معدنیشدن نیتروژن) خاک، تودههای جنگلی اقاقیا، زبانگنجشک، بلوط و سرو نقرهای در محدوده پارک جنگلی خرگوشدره تهران مورد توجه قرار گرفت. در هر یک از پوششهای درختی، تعداد 10 نمونه از لایه بالایی (10-0 سانتیمتری) خاک برداشت شد. علاوه بر مشخصههای زیستی و بیوشیمی، برخی مشخصههای فیزیکی و شیمیایی خاک در محیط آزمایشگاه مورد اندازهگیری قرار گرفت. مطابق با نتایج، هیچ از مشخصههای فیزیکی مورد مطالعه خاک در پوششهای درختی مورد بررسی تفاوت آماری معنیداری را به نمایش نگذاشتهاند. خاک بخش تحتانی سرو نقرهای شرایط اسیدیتری نسبت به گونههای بلوط، زبان گنجشک و اقاقیا داشته است. بیشترین مقادیر عناصر پر مصرف (نیتروژن، فسفر و پتاسیم قابل جذب) به خاک تحتانی پوشش درختی اقاقیا و کمترین آنها به خاک تحتانی گونه سرو نقرهای اختصاص داشته است. بیشترین مقادیر زیتوده ریشهها (ریز ریشه، درشتریشه و کل ریشه) در خاک تحتانی گونه درختی بلوط مشاهده شد، در حالی که کمترین مقادیر این مشخصهها به خاک تحتانی توده سرو نقرهای تعلق داشته است. بررسی مشخصههای بیوشیمی خاک نیز حاکی از آنست که بیشترین مقادیر این مشخصهها به خاک تحتانی گونه درختی اقاقیا اختصاص داشته در حالی که کمترین مقادیر آنها در خاک تحتانی گونه درختی سرو نقرهای مشاهده شد. مطابق با نتایج تحقیق حاضر، گونه اقاقیا به عنوان گونه تثبیتکننده ازت، در بهبود کیفیت خاک عملکرد بهتری نسبت به سایر گونهها داشته است. | ||
