اثر غلظتهای مختلف آهن قابل جذب خاک بر صفات مورفولوژیک، محتوی آهن و فعالیت برخی آنزیمهای آنتیاکسیدان در گندم نان | |||

به منظور بررسی واکنش ارقام آهن-کارا و آهن-ناکارای گندم نان به غلظتهای مختلف آهن قابل جذب (Fe) خاک، آزمایشی به صورت فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح کاملا تصادفی با سه تکرار در گلخانه اجرا گردید. ارقام آهن-کارا (پیشتاز، پارسی و چمران) و آهن-ناکارا (الوند و فلات) در دو شرایط کفایت و کمبود آهن قابل جذب (به ترتیب 10 و 4/1 میلیگرم آهن در کیلوگرم خاک) کشت و نمونهبرداری از شاخساره و ریشه گیاهان در دو مرحله 30 روز بعد از جوانهزنی (رویشی) و 30 درصد خوشهدهی (زایشی) انجام گرفت. در این پژوهش شاخص آهن کارایی ارقام، صفات موفولوژیک، غلظت و محتوی آهن بذر، آهن کارایی و کارایی جذب آهن ریشه و شاخساره اندازهگیری شد. همچنین میزان کلروفیل کل و فعالیت آنزیمهای آسکوربات پراکسیداز، سوپراکسید دیسموتاز، کاتالاز و گایاکول پراکسیداز اندازهگیری شد. بر اساس نتایج، ارقام پیشتاز و فلات به ترتیب بیشترین و کمترین آهن کارایی را نشان دادند. از لحاظ غلظت و محتوی آهن بذر، رقم پیشتاز بیشترین و رقم فلات کمترین مقدار را داشتند. بیشترین میزان آهن کارایی در شاخساره رقم پیشتاز در مرحله زایشی و بیشترین میزان کارایی جذب آهن در ریشه همین رقم در مرحله رویشی مشاهده شد. میزان کلروفیل کل در شرایط کمبود آهن قابل جذب در مرحله زایشی، بیشترین کاهش را نشان داد. فعالیت آنزیمهای آسکوربات پراکسیداز، کاتالاز و گایاکول پراکسیداز در شرایط کمبود آهن قابل جذب در شاخساره و ریشه در هر دو مرحله رویشی و زایشی کاهش ولی فعالیت آنزیم سوپراکسید دیسموتاز افزایش یافت. پیشنهاد میشود به منظور درک بهتر ساز و کار جذب و انتقال آهن در ارقام آهن-کارا و آهن-ناکارای گندم نان، بیان ژنهای دخیل در جذب و انتقال آهن در این ارقام در گندم نان در شرایط کمبود آهن قابل جذب، مطالعه شود. | |||
