چکیده | ||
آنتیبیوتیکها در سراسر جهان نقش مهمی در کنترل بیماریهای عفونی در انسان و حیوان ایفا میکنند. آنها به دلیل ناقص بودن متابولیسمشان در طول درمان وارد آب و خاک شده و به عنوان آلاینده آلی پایدار در محیط زیست محسوب میشوند. آنتیبیوتیکها براساس پایداری ذاتی در برابر تجزیه دارای محدوده وسیعی از نیمه عمر (از کمتر از یک روز تا ده سال) هستند و میزان تجزیه آنتیبیوتیکها به خصوصیات فیزیکوشیمیایی آنها، نوع خاک و عوامل اقلیمی (دما، رطوبت و ...) بستگی دارد. بخش باقیمانده این ترکیبات میتواند بهعنوان عوامل ضد میکروبی بر جوامع میکروبی خاک و به نوبه خود بر سلامت خاک پیامدهای منفی بگذارند. در نهایت آنتیبیوتیکها از طریق جذبشان توسط محصولات زراعی، وارد زنجیره غذایی انسان شده و مقاومت آنتیبیوتیکی در انسان ایجاد میکنند. با این حال بسیاری از نتایج مبهم بوده که این نشان میدهد تعیین دقیق سرنوشت آنتیبیوتیکها و برآورد خطر ناشی از مقاومت آنتیبیوتیکی یک چالش بزرگ است. در این مقاله سرنوشت آنتیبیوتیکها در خاک (جذب و تجزیه)، تاثیرشان بر عملکرد جامعه میکروبی خاک، جذب توسط گیاه و تاثیر بر امنیت غذایی انسان مرور میشود. | ||
