چکیده | ||
شناخت شکلهای شیمیایی مس در خاک و تعیین مقدار هر کدام از آنها، اطلاعات مفیدی برای ارزیابی وضعیت مس، حاصلخیزی خاک و تغذیه گیاه و شیمی مس در خاک در اختیار میگذارد. به منظور کسب چنین اطلاعاتی، در این پژوهش مس قابل جذب خاک در 21 نمونه خاک آهکی سطحی (0-30 سانتیمتر) از استان آذربایجان شرقی با شش روش مختلف شامل DTPA، AB-DTPA، AC-EDTA، هیدروکسیل آمین هیدروکلراید، اکسالات آمونیوم مرجع و اکسالات آمونیوم سریع اندازهگیری شد. شکلهای شیمیایی مس نیز با روش اصلاحشده سینگ و همکاران تعیین شدند. بر طبق نتایج حاصله بیشترین مقدار مس استخراجشده با روش اکسالات آمونیوم سریع (mg kg-1 69/25) و کمترین آن با روش DTPA-TEA (mg kg-157/1) حاصل گردید. همچنین شکلهای باقیمانده (Cu-Residual) و پیوسته به اکسیدهای بلورین (Cu-CFeox) بیشترین مقدار مس خاک را به خود اختصاص دادند. با توجه به ضرایب همبستگی چنین نتیجهگیری شد که روش عصارهگیری AC-EDTA علاوه بر شکلهای تبادلی (Cu-Ex) و (Cu-CFeox) از مس باقیمانده خاک (Cu-Res) نیز عصارهگیری کرد. عصارهگیر هیدروکسیل آمین در مقایسه با سایر عصارهگیرها مس را بیشتر از منبع اکسیدهای منگنز استخراج کرد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیونی نشان داد که شکل Cu-CFeox بیشترین سهم را در مس عصارهگیریشده با عصارهگیرهای AB-DTPA ، AC-EDTA و DTPA در خاکهای مورد مطالعه داشت. با توجه به روابط آماری احتمالا مس پیوسته به اکسیدهای آهن بلوری، منبع بالقوهای برای مس قابلجذب در خاکهای آهکی مورد مطالعه بوده و از ویژگیهای شیمیایی خاک نیز محتوای کربنات کلسیم معادل مؤثرترین ویژگی است که فراهمی مس قابلجذب گیاه در خاکهای مورد مطالعه را پیشبینی میکند. | ||
