| چکیده | ||
| منظر شهری در شهرهای جدید ایران، از جمله شهر جدید صدرا، علیرغم برخورداری از ظرفیتهای اجتماعی متنوع، با ضعف در شناخت عوامل و بنیانهای مؤثر در تحقق توانمندسازی اجتماعی روبهرو است. این پژوهش با بهرهگیری از روش آمیخته بهصورت «کمی-کیفی» در جهت شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر شکلدهی منظر شهری بر اساس توانمندسازی اجتماعات محلی در شهر جدید صدرا انجامشده است. در این راستا، با بهرهگیری از روش پیمایشی بهصورت ابزار پرسشنامه از دیدگاه 342 نفر از شهروندان شهر جدید صدرا به گردآوری دادهها اقدام شد. نتایج پژوهش با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی (EFA) نشان میدهد که پنج عامل اساسی در شکلدهی به منظر شهری شهر جدید صدرا بر مبنای توانمندسازی اجتماعات محلی نقش دارند که شامل برنامهریزی و حکمرانی مشارکتی، حس تعلق مکانی و سرمایه اجتماعی، امنیت و تابآوری اجتماعی، آگاهی و دانش اجتماعی و توانمندی مالی-اقتصادی میشود. با تحلیل تأثیر این عوامل شناساییشده مشخص شد که عامل برنامهریزی و حکمرانی شهری تأثیر بیشتری بر روی تحقق منظر شهری بر اساس توانمندسازی اجتماعات محلی در شهر جدید صدرا دارد. این پژوهش بر اهمیت توجه به توانمندسازی اجتماعات محلی در شکلدهی به منظر شهری از طریق ایجاد بسترهای تحقق یک برنامهریزی و حکمرانی مشارکتی تا توانمندسازی اقتصادی ساکنان در شهر جدید صدرا تأکید دارد. | ||
