| مقدمه و هدف: جنگلهای طبیعی جنوب ایران با شرایط اقلیمی سخت منطقه سازگار شده و پایداری آنها بهشدت به سلامت و کیفیت خاک وابسته است. حضور گونههای درختی با ایجاد تغییر در ویژگیهای فیزیکی، شیمیایی و زیستی خاک، بهویژه در بومسازگانهای خشک، نقش حیاتی در بهرهوری جنگل ایفا میکنند. تاجپوشش درختان با تجمع مواد مغذی و افزایش فعالیت ریززندهها در زیر خود، کانونهای پایداری ایجاد میکند که وسعت آن با اندازه تاج در ارتباط است. با وجود اهمیت این موضوع، تاکنون پژوهشی جامع پیرامون اثر دو گونه بومی و ارزشمند «گازرخ» و «چوج» بر ویژگیهای خاک و تعیین شاخص کیفیت خاک (SQI) در رویشگاههای صحارا-سندی انجام نشده است. لذا، هدف این پژوهش تبیین تأثیر این گونهها بر خاک و تحلیل علل تغییرات بومشناختی است. نتایج این مطالعه میتواند با ارائه دیدگاهی جامع از تعامل گیاه و خاک، مدیران و برنامهریزان را در اتخاذ راهبردهای بهینه برای مدیریت پایدار و حفاظت از این جنگلهای منحصربهفرد یاری دهد. مواد و روشها: این پژوهش در دو قطعهنمونه یک هکتاری در رویشگاههای گازرخ (بشاگرد) و چوج (بندرعباس) انجام شد. در هر رویشگاه، ۱۵ درخت بهطور تصادفی انتخاب و نمونهبرداری خاک (عمق ۰-۱۵ سانتیمتر) از زیر تاج و فضای باز (شاهد) در جهت شرق درختان انجام شد. برای هر گونه، نمونههای هر سه درخت با هم ترکیب شدند تا در نهایت ۵ نمونه ترکیبی برای هر موقعیت بهدست آید. نمونهها پس از عبور از الک ۲ میلیمتری، به دو بخش تقسیم شدند: بخشی در دمای ۲۰- درجه برای سنجش فعالیت میکروبی و بخشی در دمای محیط برای آزمایشهای فیزیکوشیمیایی نگهداری شدند. پس از اندازهگیری ویژگیها با روشهای استاندارد، نرمال بودن دادهها با آزمون شاپیرو-ویلک بررسی شد. مقایسه آماری بین زیر تاج و فضای باز با آزمون تی-مستقل (دادههای نرمال) یا من-ویتنییو (دادههای غیرنرمال) انجام شد. در نهایت، شاخص کیفیت خاک (SQI) محاسبه و با روشهای مذکور تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافتهها: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که در زیر تاج گونۀ گازرخ نسبت به بیرون تاج، مقادیر هدایت الکتریکی (11/2 دسیزیمنس بر متر)، کربن آلی (89/0 درصد)، نیتروژن کل (089/0 درصد)، فسفر قابل جذب (94/12 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم)، کلسیم قابل جذب (89/347 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم)، منیزیم قابل جذب (04/33 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم) و پتانسیل نیتریفیکاسیون (07/97 میکروگرم نیتروژن نیتریتی آزاد شده در هر گرم خاک خشک در پنج ساعت) و در بیرون تاج گونۀ گازرخ نسبت به زیر تاج، مقدار اسیدیته خاک (92/7) اختلاف معنیدار داشتند. در زیر تاج گونههای گازرخ و چوج نسبت به بیرون تاجشان بهترتیب مقادیر پتاسیم قابل جذب (09/843 و 64/289 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم)، منگنز قابل جذب (7/5 و 06/4 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم)، تنفس پایه (73/1 و 74/0 میلیگرم دیاکسید کربن در هر گرم خاک خشک در 24 ساعت) اختلاف معنیدار داشتند. تنفس برانگیختۀ میکروبی در زیر تاج گونه گازرخ با مقدار (44/11) و در گونۀ چوج در بیرون تاج با مقدار (62/6) (میلیگرم دیاکسید کربن در صد گرم خاک خشک در ساعت) اختلاف معنیدار نشان داد. شاخص کیفیت خاک با مقدار (7) فقط در زیر تاج گونۀ گازرخ در بشاگرد اختلاف معنیدار نشان داد. نتیجهگیری: براساس یافتههای این پژوهش، هر دو گونه در رویشگاههای خود تغییراتی در ویژگیهای فیزیکی، شیمیایی و زیستی خاک و نیز شاخص کیفیت خاک ایجاد کردند. این یافتهها تأکید میکنند که گونههای غالب هر رویشگاه بازتابی از برهمکنش پیچیده عوامل زیستی و غیرزیستی هستند و خاک بهعنوان یکی از مهمترین عوامل محیطی نقش کلیدی در توسعه و پایداری پوشش گیاهی ایفا میکند. بنابراین با توجه به اهمیت پایش مداوم خاک، رصد تغییرات ویژگیهای خاک در بازههای زمانی مختلف و انجام بررسیهای دورهای میتواند امکان ارزیابی دقیقتر روند تغییرات و ارائه اطلاعات قابل اتکا برای مدیریت و حفاظت علمی جنگلهای صحارا- سندی را فراهم کند. | ||
